As a private individual, you can write to ask.geoscience@geo.au.dk if you have an interesting fossil, an exciting rock, a meteorite, or something else you would like to ask an expert about.

Please note that it typically takes 1–2 weeks before you can expect a response.

What we need:

• A description of the object: Always provide the exact location where it was found and as many relevant details as possible (shape, size, weight, etc.).
• Please include a color-accurate photo with a scale, so it is possible to assess size proportions.
