Micro-XRF Results

Using the micro-xrf, Thomas Ulrich has scanned a sample of a volcanic massive sulfide deposit. In the image you can see soft-sediment deformation of layers of sulphides.

LA ICPMS Results

Using the laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry technique, AGIR's Thomas Ulrich has produced trace element maps of single crystals. One is a pyrite from an epithermal Au deposit China, the other is an eudialyte crystal with sector zoning from the Ilimaussaq intrusion in Greenland.
